Roses Online

Whether it’s a bouquet or a bush, buying roses online can save the buyer some money, but buyer beware it’s hard to know what one is getting without seeing it in person. If the price is way too low then something may be amiss. Your flower arrangement could be less than what was desired.

When buying rose bushes online it’s important to consider the time of year, January or February is the best time because the bushes can be purchased with bare roots. Bare roots are easier to transplant. Some things to research when selecting a rose bush online are the root stock, disease resistance, and petal count.

Buying bouquets of roses online is a little easier. Most online florists will offer a no wilt guarantee on their roses. Still make sure the bouquet is made of buds, not blooms (buds will bloom once they arrive giving the bouquet a longer life overall). The roses should be sent with individual vials of water attached to each stem to ensure freshness.
